Leadership is vital to any organization, and after reading many books on the subject of leadership through the years, I have discovered this: there are many ways to do it wrong
but only a few ways to do it right.
So if we want to train leaders in our organization to be more effective, we don’t necessarily have to find new principles. We have to find a way to present proven principles in a way
that will appeal to the next generation of leaders.
The concept of this website is focused on taking the timeless leadership principles and presenting them through the looking glass of sleight-of-hand. This engages all that are participating and opens them up to receive the leadership principles that will help elevate them to new heights.
How does it work?
The sessions are primarily held over zoom so your leadership team can be in the comfort of their own homes. It is an interactive training session that will leave your team astonished by the magic and empowered by the message.
It is a fun way to develop your leadership team. It is also a great way to reward your leadership team. Your team works hard together. It’s a wonderful thing to laugh together, and enjoy an evening they will never forget.
